Banana Sushi
A wonderful after-school snack or treat. Serve up banana sushi that is made with peanut butter, strawberry preserves, bananas, flour tortillas and topped with an assortment of tasty toppings.

Ingredients:
For banana sushi:
● 1/2 cup Food Club Creamy Peanut Butter, divided
● 1/4 cup Food Club Strawberry Preserves
● 4 8-inch Food Club Flour Tortillas
● 4 bananas, peeled
For topping:
● Shredded toasted coconut
● Food Club Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
● Rainbow Sprinkles
● Food Club Mini Chocolate Chips
● Food Club Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Method:
- Spread 1/4 cup peanut butter in a thin layer on one side of each tortilla. Repeat with
preserves. - Top each tortilla with a banana and roll into “sushi.”
- Heat remaining peanut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, or until pourable in
consistency. Brush a thin layer of warm peanut butter on the outside of each roll and coat
evenly with coconut, peanuts, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips as desired. - Heat chocolate hazelnut spread in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and drizzle over rolls.
- Slice and serve immediately.
